A self-made entrepreneur, Mr.Rajeev Ahlawat overcame numerous challenges before he built himself into a good career in the industry. This journey from "Hisar," a small town, to leading a successful real estate firm in Gurgaon is a tale of determination and hard work coupled with resilience.

In 2010, Rajeev left with only high school education and background in nursing, for Gurgaon, when his first pay packet was peanuts, yet did not let his dreams fly the kite. In 2011, encouraged by the people around, Rajeev enrolled into the government college. He cycled to the campus and used to work in part-time in a restaurant.

In 2012, Rajeev entered the real estate industry but could not succeed in his first attempt. However, a close friend from Hisar asked him not to give up. Rajeev took this as a piece of advice and began working with a real estate firm, where his efforts bore fruit. He cracked his first deal and closed 31 transactions in a single month. Eager to reach great heights, in 2017-2018 he expanded the operations. He started small, with only ten people-all committed and ready to contribute their talents and passion for the growth of company. The company has now expanded to a family of about a hundred people who have contributed to the success. It has been a gratifying journey, His hard work and innovation, in addition to helping others, gave him the building blocks for further growth and a hope to grow from strength to strength based on this strong foundation in the years to come.
